Das CP MONITOR-Kreativ-Ranking wird kontinuierlich aktualisiert, so dass sich nach jedem Wettbewerb ein neuer Punktestand ergibt. Sobald die Gewinner nationaler und internationaler Wettbewerbe vorliegen, werden die Kreativpunkte auf Basis eines festen Bewertungsschemas und der gewonnenen Preise ermittelt.

Grand Prix = 4 Punkte
Gold = 3 Punkte
Silber/Wetbewerbe ohne Medaillenränge = 2 Punkte
Bronze/Sonderpreise = 1 Punkt
Internationale und nationale Wettbewerbe werden nach ihrer Bedeutung gewichtet und mit dem Wert des jeweiligen gewonnenen Preises multipliziert. Basis sind die offiziell bekannt gegebenen Ergebnisse.

Die nationalen und internationalen Kreativwettbewerbe werden nach folgenden Kriterien beurteilt: Anzahl der Einreichungen und der vergebenen Preise, nationale oder internationale Reichweite, Zusammensetzung der Jury sowie Relevanz und Disziplinen. Daraus ergibt sich folgende Bewertung:

Die entsprechende Punktzahl wird mit dem Faktor des jeweiligen Wettbewerbs multipliziert. Aus der Summe aller Punkte ergibt sich der aktuelle Rang des CP-Dienstleisters.
